The following terms are applicable to any digital products or templates purchased from us. If a refund is approved under exceptional technical circumstances (such as double charging or corrupt download archives that cannot be replaced), we will initiate the refund within 5 to 7 business days.
2. Digital Downloads Policy
Due to the downloadable and digital nature of PSD templates, mockups, and visual assets, all sales of digital products are final.
Once a digital file download link has been clicked or templates access has been granted to your account, we cannot offer any refunds, cancellations, or exchanges.
If you encounter any technical issues downloading your files or importing/using them in Photoshop, please contact our support team immediately so we can help resolve the problem.
